As a business we also offer Talent Strategy and Structure, our Director Dawn Hotchen previously worked as a Talent Director at a large independent Security Company. They grew in 12 months from a £20m turnover to over £40m turnover which a heavy emphasis was on the recruitment and talent banking of guards across the UK to be able to deliver on this.
